What I am looking for is a well supported distro that doesn't cost an arm and 
a leg to keep updated.  

We are currently running Lotus Domino 6, MQ,  Oracle 10G and a couple of web 
based servers all running on either RH AS 2.1 and RH AS 3.  I was also 
planning to migrate some other servers, such as ISA to Squid.
