Hmm, I thought I fixed this, in fact I'm fairly certain i did, because
we use mod_disk_cache on ftp.heanet.ie, with IPv6. Now, whether the
patch is in the httpd tree is a whole other matter. Try 2.2 first,
that's got a different IPv6 codebase, and its the one I use.
