[ILUG] Morning Ireland piece on MyDoom virus

[ILUG] Morning Ireland piece on MyDoom virus

hi all,
The only thing i can say about the thing is that, What must William
Campbell be feeling like now, I can imagine that he will survive the
horror of it all. Linux.ie/ILUG have to make ourself more public and not
have this sort of miss information, If a news/radio want an interview
about such things then linux.ie/ILUG should be the first stop.I suppose
the bottom line is that we need to hold more events promoting Free
Software/Open Source. As most of you know i am in the WIT... enough said
about that, but what i have found is that the fast majority of people do
not know about Free Software.I think there was a marketing list a while
back.. what ever happened to it.
...........
On a lighter note i am showing Revolution-os(www.revolution-os.com_ in
the WIT hopefully in 2 weeks. So if anyone wants to make the trip down to
see it,Your all welcome.
