Next problemo...
I've attempted to get FB running, with the following config
options - even without acpi, I get a blank console (a
suggestion I found related to this problem). Could someone
who has a working FB console (under 2.6.x), please fwd
their config options to me - thanks. Mine below:
CONFIG_FB=y
CONFIG_FB_VESA=y
CONFIG_VIDEO_SELECT=y
# in case my VGA card uses this ;-)
CONFIG_FB_ATY128=m
CONFIG_VGA_CONSOLE=y
CONFIG_DUMMY_CONSOLE=y
CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE=y
CONFIG_PCI_CONSOLE=y
