[ILUG] Seimens phones and linux

Hi all
I have just bought a Seimens MC60 phone.
I thought that I would not have much problems with integrating it with linux
as it all Java based. Seimens only provide the dev tools and emulator packs
as win32 installers.
Would any of you guys have any info that could help me out here, I just want
to write small apps to access the data on my phone and make it work with my
pim ware.
It really pisses me off, like its java but they still have to add in win32,
its not like it would take that much effort to have a java only system
