it depends on what you want to do. in the past it's needed 6 to 8 people.
there's a booth and the booth realistically always needs 2 people at
the booth (so you really need 3 people at any time since people need to
visit toilets and eat).

i see lots of ideas - many that will take large time commitments (for
both doing and fundraising for). it would be excellent to see them
happen. but i don't see any organisation.
would an expo mailing list help?
we need to give scope an answer soon if we're going to participate. if
people want to do this you'll need to come up with a plan soon.
