up to now i've seen lots of ideas, but no plans. will ILUG do the expo
this year? in order to do it well, a working group has to form, and it
has to form soon.
that group should have some sort of spokesperson to talk with scope (the
folks running the expo) and to send regular updates to the ilug mailing
list to let us all know what's happening (and possibly to encourage more
volunteers).
the working group will need to get info on what can and can't be done,
what space(s) is(are) available, talk with vendors about hardware, get
cd's burned (if needed), get flyers/shirts/etc printed, videos done,
fundraising done, plans made, etc. whole lotta work.
