Certainly, not scroll and auto anyway. IE/moz both handle this fine.
Haven't checked opera but believe it does too. It's kinda annoying.
Generally konqueror is good, and if i could think of an easy way to do
this to make it work for konq i would. But without delving into nasty
javascript which would break things for older browsers i simply dont
think there is one. So i reckon i'll just wait till konqueror gets better.
Just thought you might like to know

p.s. not a browser fan at all in general, though for standards
compliance i'd currently put my money on moz/firefox
