CVS if you look at the source carefully contains heaps of the original C code
for RCS, this is for dealing with the RCS ,v files. Yes CVS does lots more
than RCS, thats what make it so useful. But it is still layered on top of
RCS, I can still use RCS commands to feck with the RCS files if I so wish.
