I recently got a letter (I am a starter pack customer being charged €45
a month if I'm reading my bill correctly) offering to "upgrade" my
package to 24:1 contention and 8GB dl cap.
There is a lower price/quality service being introduced in early March
at €35 a month IIRC.
I was automatically "upgraded" but I can opt for the lower price service
when it arrives.

They haven't sent me any new hardware but fingers crossed, eh?
