I am German, so if someone wants me to translate, gimme a pointer.
It should be noted that Irish analog TV is broadcasted in PAL-I which
has got 6MHz offset from main carrier to audio carrier while in Germany
it is 5MHz. So the card would work here if its tuner supports PAL-I too.
Also, programs which are meant for "educational purpose only" require a
BT878 or BT848 grabber chip.
