I bought one of these printers a couple of weeks ago and have had a stab at
getting it going. I got it printing black text by spoofing it as a stylus c61
I think, though this may have been after forcing gimp-print-4.2.6-pre2. I've
since upgraded my hardware and done a fresh Suse install so I've forgotten
the details.
I did see mention of the C64 in gimp-print-5.0.0-alpha1/src/main/printers.xml.
Not found in gimp-print-4.2.6-pre2/src/main/printers.xml.
So, in summary, what were the steps you took to get this printer working.
