Well, considdering that java-access-bridge is a really really horrible beast
to get running with gnome and gnopernicus reinstalling is really my last
option, It took me from 2 o clock yesterday to half ten last night getting
it all working. I don't want to go threw that again.

Ok, is it possible to find the packages that are broken and just reinstall
them?

I used ls -lat to go threw the files, there's a lode of files which were
updated today and even more that were updated yesterday.
