Of course this applies even more to public bodies as
paying €big for windows and word shouldn't be a prerequesite
for accessing public services. And it's a little ironic that
in this case it's applying for grants.
It should be noted that "word" documents can be created
on linux with openoffice for e.g., but because the format
is controlled by M$ and there are rumblings about DRM,
this may not be the case in the future.
