Because the gnu one is only f77, there are AFAIK two sourceforge projects
for fortran 95, but both seemed stalled last I checked.

At one stage VAST/vf90 could sit on top of gnu g77 and give pseudo-f90,
but it seems to have disappeared, VAST is now an add-on for
AbSoft.
