Hotmail used to be hosted on FreeBSD actually, Microsoft tried twice
to change it to IIS after they bought it, successfully on the second
attempt.
microsoft.com was 'hosted' by Linux for a while when microsoft
engaged Akamai to cache their content, akamai using linux:

However, they fixed that:
