Mozilla is able to convert Netscape profiles. Maybe you could
create a new Netscape profile somewhere, drop the cert7.db and key3.db
into this profile and then convert it with Mozilla.
Note that a passphrase for the certs might be stored elsewhere in the
profile. If you've got the full profile, try just pointing Mozilla
at it.
