[ILUG] Flash card ext3 format?

[ILUG] Flash card ext3 format?

Hi,
just bought 128 Mb flash (usb) card (keyring type job). (USB-007 via net
- v good value).
Works fine, mounts as a mass storage device.

Pre-formatted as vfat.

Is there any reason not to format as ext3? (Wierd firmware stuff???)

Should I expect better i/o speeds?

Thanks,

John
