I have yet to see a short transcode command line alright! Have you had a look
at DVD::Rip www.exit1.org/dvdrip yet? Its a gui perl front-end to transcode
et al. Not sure if it will do what you want exactly wrt ntsc. I guess you
still will need to read many pages of instructions :-)
