[ILUG] Wireless Broadband Connections

Googling for some Linux help but not getting too much useful info at
this stage. Simply have an Eircom ADSL modem connected to the PC by
ethernet. Added an ADSL Router and reconnected the PC with a NIC
connection with no problem.

Having been fortunate enough to get a cheap laptop, invested in a
USRobotics wireless card and, after much grief, got it working under
Windows XP. Given the grief under Windows I am expecting more under
Linux (no flames please, just hardware experience). Would appreciate any
pointers to a useful/up to date HOWTO dealing with Linux connection
bearing in mind that I am only trying to access the router as opposed to
having or wanting to network to the PC.

Any help appreciated
