Ahh the auld qla driver... Had some horrible trouble trying to get the
qla2200 driver to work...

Got it working in the end by selectively ignoring certain parts of their
documentation... Unfortunately I can't seem to find the howto thingey
I wrote up about it at the moment (hope it wasn't on the laptop I
reinstalled last month).

Probably similar to the 4010C...

Think it was something like:

    o Unpack
    o Install kernel source
    o Ensure KERNELRELEASE in /usr/src/linux-2.4/Makefile matches `uname -r`
o Skip stuff about ``make menuconfig''
o Skip stuff about ``make dep''
o Delete stuff about qla from /etc/modules.conf if its there. (Maybe ?)
    o Make SMP=1 all
    o Make SMP=1 install
o Add qla stuff back to modules.conf (Maybe ?)
    o Rename initrd.
    o mkinitrd /boot/initrd-`uname -r`.img `uname -r`
    o *BOUNCE*

Been a few months though, so I'm a little hazy... I'll try and find that
doc... for myself also, as those machines are in need of an upgrade...

Let us know how you get on...
