Yes, it's soul destroying when you provide a detailed description of a
problem, and then get the moron level questions back. However, I recognise the
problem ISPs face in providing support. Maybe they could institute a certified
customer program - if you pass a test, you then qualify to be passed
immediately to a second level technician whenever you call once your access to
the inner sanctum is verified.
