Since he's asking after graphical shells (mentioned WinZIP), it might be
relevant to mention that Konqueror and cxunzip

Me, I've never bothered with the GUI front-ends to the Info-Zip Group's
zip/unzip utilities (other than Konqueror), so I can't comment further.
