[ILUG] Arcserv client agents on RH9

[ILUG] Arcserv client agents on RH9

Just wondering if there's anyone using Arcserv
(v9)Linux agents on Redhat9??

I'm trying (unsucessfully) to get a number of RH9
boxes to get picked up on my ArcServ server. When I
try to add the client agent in, as an object on the
server, I'm getting a warning back almost immediately
saying:

Lost connection <hostname> <192.168.xxx.xxx>
Do you want to reconnect?
Reconnect / Cancel

I think it's down to closed ports or access control
rights on the RH9 boxes. I've tried adding the agents
using root-user logins (just to rule out access
issues), but the error still appears.

Anyone come across a similar problems?

TIA
