[ILUG] OT: folks who've had trouble getting online in Ireland

Well here is mine.
I have dealt with getting lines in three countries, two
in europe and one in the US.

I must say, the service in Ireland was the best I have
seen. I have not seen any problem so far, and that
includes a business dsl line from esat, eircom and netsource.

In the Netherlands I had been waiting about six weeks
in the provisioning cycle, and in the US they
kept on coming out to install the line, only to grumble
about it, and it not working. That, overall, took about
three months, trying two providers.
