Sounds slow to be honest. I remember ordering an upgrade to ISDN in
Limerick a few years ago and it took 2 or 3 days to put in the second
line. Its the only time I have ever had the thought of praising Errorcom.
There are a lot of places out in the sticks where they have put in
really cheap phonelines (there is no way they are copper) where dial-up
is limited to 20k or less. Thats going to be the huge hold-up with
nationwide broadband by the next century.
