[ILUG] Spam and more spam

There is a problem with this nowadays, though, in that the ilug list
config now de-MIMEs all incoming mail. This interacts badly with an
aspect of current spammer behaviour, to wit:

Modern spammers are exploiting badly-written spam filters which only look
at text/plain parts, and putting "decoy" text in those parts, with the
"real" spam content in the text/html part. Once the text/html part is
stripped, all that's left is the decoy, and it's pretty tricky to get a
spamfilter to filter reliably based on that.
