As far as I am aware, only by logging in to the server:
dagda# cd /var/lib/mailman/data
dagda# /var/lib/mailman/bin/discard heldmsg-ilug-*
It would be fairly simple to write a Perl script which makes HTTP calls
to the mailman admin interface, parses the resulting HTML, and issues
discard instructions for all emails, but this would be a bit fragile
and dependent on the precise format of the returned HTML.
