I've done the following, as a stop-gap measure:
* Emails are now scanned for dodgy attachments by 'sanitizer'
* If a dodgy attachment is detected and removed, the email will be
discarded
* If SpamAssassin gives the mail a score of 5 or higher, the email
will be discarded
Note : this might cause genuine emails to be lost - if you don't see
your email hitting the list, let me know and I'll adjust the rules
appropriately.
