I quoted that in France, 3 years ago for about 15€ per plug, all
included (layout, patch panel, and office wall box). It was a medium
install of 250 plugs.

A patching tool ! Plus usualy a tester to verify it. If it's a one off,
like a week long work, you can even borrow that equipment.
