Its a bit of a mess but it works well enough for me. Only the monitor
has a window manager start on it, the tv just has a grey background. I
generally open a terminal and run "export DISPLAY=:0.1", anything I do in
this terminal is then output to the tv. If I change the screen numbering
in the ServerLayout section I can have a window manager start on the tv
with the monitor having a grey screen.
