I'm looking for some web chat software to run on a Linux server. There's
rather a lot of them out there, so I'm wondering if any of you have
tried any of them. Free is good, but proprietary is also an option.
One absolute requirement is moderatorship - it must be possible for a
room to be moderated, such that what is said by normal users is passed
through a moderator before it is sent to the room. This is to be used
for a celebrity - fans type chat room, so the need for this should be
