[ILUG] What is a good mailer for a distribution list?

I have a list of about 100 people I want to mail occasionally,
and I'm wondering what is the best mailer for this.
I normally use KMail, but although this has a distribution-list facility
it is painfully difficult to set up.

What I'd like is a mailer that can read in a list from an address-book
(eg in XML), and send out email from a single list-name.

Hopefully I could use this in parallel with KMail,
so that incoming mail went to KMail,
while outgoing mail could come from either.

Any suggestions or advice gratefully received.
