WinModems are not full hardware modems. They rely on using the host CPU
to do some of their work - Basically the Windows Device driver is doing
some of the work that a full hardware modem would do.
Unfortunately, winmodems are usually, though not always compatible with
Linux.
If in doubt, and external modem connected via the serial port is the
most compatible solution.

The modem appers using lspci, but i need to map it to /dev/modem, so I
can run efax.
