The last free HCF driver is here:

pciutils should be on your distro CDs but if you can't find it check out
here:
<http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3?stat=26&dist=33&size=110653&name=pciutils-2.1.11-102.i586.rpm>

I can't remember offhand how to install the driver - I think it's a
standard ./configure && make && su -c "make install"

There's a fairly clear readme in the tar archive and a script is
provided to do all the post install config. You can then use a frontend
(such as kppp) to dial out with /dev/modem
