[ILUG] email sent to potiticians about Mary Hannafin's decision not to use open source

Hopefully the oppposition will use this information and force an open
debate on the issue, if were luck the press will jump on it as another
e-voting kind of scandal.
Resulting in more general knollege of Open Source & Linux(hopefully)
