Wrong on both counts. Mobilix lost, for some bizarre reason (who could
possibly be confused between an operating system and a fat^H^H^H cartoon
character who is a victim of evil fast boar sellers) - see

Apple Computer lost a case to Apple Music (publishers of the Beatles' music)
and as part of that case, they agreed not to re-enter the music business.
Unsurprisingly, Apple Music is now suing Apple Computer AGAIN over ITMS. The
smart money would be on Apple Music IMO.
