And RPMs, the GPL grants the right to redistribute those too. So if 
any RHEL users would care to put them up on a site somewhere..

(the GPL does not require you to provide binaries though, hence why
RH only make SRPMs publically available).

Yep. Normal everyday use of trademark law.
