Mainly:
- Linux is involved somewhere ;-)
- StarOffice
- Acrobat reader, Flash, RealPlayer
- plugins for the above have been meticulously copied/linked to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins for you
- "launch" button
- horrible default background/theme
- 433 menu items have been removed
- Some of the Windows/IE hot key combinations have been added (as compared to standard GNOME key bindings) to make it easier for Windows drones to cope with
The new release has a bunch of central configuration/patch/lockdown tools, but I guess that's not too interesting for home use. The developers are mostly here in Dublin, some of them might be lurking hereabouts! I think they've fixed a few i18n (and other?) bugs in GNOME that haven't been checked into the main GNOME builds yet too.
