Well, if you're talking that level of hardware, http://www.soekris.com/
do some nice SBCs (single board computers) with various numbers of lan
interfaces and PCI, miniPCI and/or PCMCIA cardbus slots. Corkwan has
had a number of them in use for quite a while now without any problems.
