No doubt you'll need them ... I agree - posting to the list shows
initiative, and fair play to him for that ... Guys - Tolerance !
Keith - I would suggest that you try not to pester the list ... people
did note your first email ... it's not always easy getting work in the
tech sector - especially at the moment, so don't be suprised if people
don't jump up and down saying "we'll employ you".
That said - you shouldn't ask for replies to go to the list, that's just
bad manners. (Think of the mailing list as a newspaper ... do you really
want to have a full-page ad in the times saying "I want a job" and the
next day getting another ad saying "Sure - we have jobs" ?
