No, fair comment, but some of the frustration was coming not only
from his mailing list etiquette, but also from his behaviour on
IRC. Specific examples available at irc.linux.ie on request, I'm
sure.
I think half the problem is that many companies wouldn't know
what to do with a fifteen year old nascent hacker, well intentioned
or not.
It's hard enough to find decent work for co-ops at times and they
are four or five years further down the road.
Last point. If Robert Love can be redesigning major parts of the
kernel in his early twenties, we should be encouraging teenagers
to be involved with computers.
