Yes, this is actually one of the most useful things about the Sun
Managers list's archives.  People usually post a summary back to the
list when they resolve a problem.

It has saved my bacon a few times when I've had to find a quick fix to a
Sun issue.  It also should reduce traffic on the list, though recently
more and more people seem to be ignoring the archives, lazy beggars.
