I think this idea has a lot of merit. 
Am I correct in saying the protocol is, there is an expectation  that if
you ask a question, when you sort your problem, you are requested to
post back. 
If this is the case the only person who did that here is Frank in
Waterford, in recent times.

I would support this and as I say to people if it helps document it, it
costs you a minute and saves others hours.
