Very nice, thats exactly what I am looking for.
Now I have the webcam up and running, in doze !!!! OK so it uploads to ftp
on fedora, and a teeny script copies to apache and this works grand.
But obviously this is an interim solution. I didn't have much time to try
it on linux, but out of the box, it did not work for me.
Now I already have a bt848 card using /dev/video0, video1 showed no image.
Very very annoying. The kernel is 2.6.3 (mandrake10 PP)
I'll give it another go, this time possibly more than the 5 minutes last :--0
Since fedora core2 is out today, I'll install that as a test to see how it
goes. Thanks Phil.
