Dear gurus,
What can I do to get X running under Fedora-2
on my Sony C1VFK notebook/laptop?
I upgraded from FC1, and everything seems to be working fine
except for the X display using the ATI 3D Rage system.
X itself is running fine, as I can see the display on another laptop.
(I'm running kmail now on the "bad" machine
having ssh-ed in from a similar laptor running FC-1.)
So I take it the fault lies in the "ati" driver.
Fedora has gone over from XFree86 to Xorg,
and the old driver doesn't work with the new system.
Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.
