[ILUG] smoothwall box

Hi folks,
         Just spent a few hours trying to get this smoothwall box running 
with 2 NICs but no joy. It will not recognise a 2nd NIC. The box is an old P11
& the NICs are old 3COM 3C900, both pci.
Any ideas?

BTW, the broadband works ok using just the ZyXEL 623R Prestige ADSL modem 
feeding router to the 3 pc's but i'd like to include the smoothwall box in 
the line if possible.
