We were using two Enhanced Eircom DSL lines (with crappy 24:1
contention) in our old office which we used for only one hour in about
two years or thereabouts (they were our fourth form of backup). When we
moved office last month i called Eircom to have them canceled and they
still haven't canceled them yet even though I've called every day.
Their excuse was "We have a backlog of cancellation requests at the
moment" What does that say for the service?
