Hi,

Yes, I found out the hard way that the latest SMC cards don't use the
prism54 chipset. after much heartache, i got drivers at a price from
www.linuxant.com

It's basically a wrapper for the windows drivers, but I have to say it was
worth it as they run flawlessly. Downside is having to pay for a license
for something that, in a way, you've already paid for, but it was the
easiest thing to do in my case.

Dunno what OSS support is like at the mo for this new chipset, i had this
problem 6 months ago.
