Should we question the validity of every question asked and
whether or not it wastes time. The only reason we're doing it
now is because he runs FreeBSD. That's wrong. He still got the
help he needed and solved his problem thanks to us. So, we
helped someone solve a problem so the time wasn't wasted.
The word abused is hardly necessary. I don't think what
happened can be considered abuse of the support offered.
